|The Challenge||Earth Data’s training was being conducted face-to-face or via email – and they just weren’t keeping up. They needed a way of tracking and maintaining induction results as well as a flexible tool to train both experienced mining professionals and recent university graduates with limited understanding of OH&S.|

|The Challenge||All JHA inductions were conducted face to face, page by page and took in excess of half an hour. A question/answer process was also completed with the recruitment consultant as part of the assessment process. The process lacked consistency and was eating up a considerable amount of work hours.|
|The Solution||JHA now uses Rapid Induct to induct all the labour hire staff that they place. All their employees complete a 20-25 minute online induction and assessment on their own time and can print off their photo ID card for when they work on sites. For labour hire staff that haven’t worked for 3 months the system automatically emails a reminder to ensure that they re-inducted and up to date with policies and procedures.|
