|The Challenge||BG came to Rapid Global looking for a solution to recording contractor inductions and tracking these once completed for the 2000 strong contractor workforce.|
|The Solution||Upon seeing the extent of options that Rapid Induct made available to them British Gypsum decided to replace their entire computer based training induction process with Rapid Induct for all Contractors. They also installed Rapid Access, a fully cohesive compliance document-upload and ID card printing process. The results have been a very strong audit trail with all training and documents for contractors now fully compliant.|

|The Challenge||Solvay came to Rapid Global looking for a solution to health and safety training inductions for their 800+ workforce.|
|The Solution||Solvay initially tested the waters with Rapid Induct by rolling it out to a small pilot test group of 200. The results were immediate and within months Solvay rolled the system out to the entire workforce.|

|The Challenge||Managers and supervisors were required to induct contractors on site when they arrived. There was little control over the quality of these inductions and it required the resource of valuable management-level time. Also, because Mrs Mac’s operates in local, national and international locations, there was no consistency.|
|The Solution||Rapid Induct now enables Mrs Mac’s to oversee all inductions across the organisation, including Asia, Britain and Holland, from their Perth based headquarters.|

|The Company||Incitec Pivot Limited is a leading global chemicals company specialising in nitrogen-based manufacturing. They are the leading supplier of explosives products and services in North America and the leading supplier of fertilisers in Australia.|
|The Challenge||Incitec Pivot had a very inconsistent approach to their induction process across their 19 major sites and up to 15 smaller sites. There was significant variation in the content delivery. Courses were conducted fortnightly and up to 2 hours of administration time was required for each course.|
|The Solution||Incitec Pivot have created over 25 easy-to use induction courses. For all 30+ sites, one administrator manages all of the content changes and 4 second-level administrators are responsible for the data management side of the system. When the system was implemented, every employee and semipermanent contractor was re-inducted in just two weeks!|
